 BUSINESS MANAGEMENT CLINIC
  
 Centre on Business Management Clinic (BMC) addresses the problems of businesses and its various sectors through Contract Research and Consultancy. Basically the Centre for Business Management Clinic was started with the following objectives in mind:
 
  • Interaction with the managers of business houses and technical/ management experts.
  • Diagnosis of technical and management problems of business enterprises.
  • Evaluation of projects pertaining to different aspects of technologies, raw material and products of business houses.
  • Prescribing solutions to problems of Agribusiness firms through contract research and/or consultancy.
 To develop linkages with industry, the BMC has designed a well-planned strategic system.
 The following consultancy projects/research projects have recently been completed by / awarded to CABM. CABM has also signed MoUs with various national and international organizations.

  • Dr. B.S. Bisht and Dr. M.L. Sharma completed A consultancy project entitled, 'Socio-economic Survey (SES) for Loharinag Pala Hydro Power Project (LPHPP), Uttarkashi' by National Thermal Power Corporation (NTPC) - A Govt. of India Enterprise, through MoU signed by both parties on Feb. 8, 2005.
  • Dr. V.P.S. Arora, Professor and Dean, CABM and, Mr. Saurabh Singh, Asstt. Prof. Finance completed a consultancy project project entitled 'Evaluation of Central Sector Scheme of Marketing Research and Information Network' (MRIN) awarded the Department of Marketing and Cooperation, Ministry of Agriculture, Govt. of India on June 20, 2005.
