 Pedagogy

The instructional methodology practiced is interactive, through discussion on real-life case studies of the agribusiness sector, and optimum use of audio-visual aids and computer by the in-house faculty as well as by the visiting faculty, comprising practicing managers from leading agribusiness firms.

 Course Structure

In the first year, students are given a holistic view of general principles of management covering all functional areas of management. The students are tested in the field during their summer training at various corporate houses. Successively, in the third semester students acquire expertise in the specific industries of their choice viz. input supply, food, pharmaceuticals, fertilizers, pesticides, farm machinery etc..
